Registration Fees

Participants are advised to register in advance to receive an early-bird discount. Each paper must be covered by at least one (1) registration (student or non-student). Registration fees are not refundable and non-transferable.

All accepted paper/short paper will be published in ICONTES proceeding. High quality accepted papers are possible to be recommended to related special issues of prestigious international journals

 

Author and Listener Registration

The author conference registration fees include Paper Presentation, Proceedings CD, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Certificate of Presentation and Small Handbag.

 

 *Additional papers from the same presenter are welcomed (maximum 3 papers). The discounted fees are for each registered and accepted paper.

 Important Notes on Registration Payment:


 

  • Please, send with the Registration Form a copy of your proof of payment to: contact@icontes.org
  • Please ensure that the name of the congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
  • Please note that all charges for transferring the money must be paid by the registrants. All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration staff according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • Full-time students will be required to present a student ID at check-in. Failure to present a valid student ID will require payment in order to participate.

 

Certificate Authentication System: 


 

According to the conference secretariat and as per the declaration of conference secretary all the certificates of ICONTES hold identification code which can be inquired via the mentioned code through certificate authentication system on the congress site.

 

 CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT 


The congress must be notified in writing by e-mail (contact) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

Paper Submission Instructions

 

ICONTES is now accepting manuscript submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper in short paper (400-600 words= 2-5 pages), full paper and abstracts and in MS Word format. Please note only short papers and abstrat of full papers will be published in booklet proceedings and, all papers (short papers, abstracts and full papers more than 5 pages) will be published as soft copy (CD-proceedings).

The draft paper should include: (1) Title of the paper; (2) Name, affiliation and e-mail address for each author; (3) A maximum of 5 keywords of the paper; (4) References (if any). Also, the name of the conference that the paper is being submitted to should be stated in the email.

The authors are advised to submit their manuscripts for reviewing when their drafts are ready, instead of waiting till the submission deadline.  It is our target that the reviewing process for each submitted manuscript can be completed within four weeks from its submission. Then, the participants can have more time to prepare for their conference registration etc. An acknowledgement email for the receipt of the submitted papers will be sent within three working days. If the authors have not received the acknowledgement emails or the result notification emails within the above specific periods, they can go to contact page or send email to contact@icontes.org  or icontes.malaysia@gmail.com

 

Paper preparation

 

All abstract must be written in English. All the abstracts would be reviewed by experts and will be accepted as oral/poster presentation, but you can propose your selection for type of your presentation (poster/oral).

 

The title should be followed by the name(s) of author(s) with the name of the person presenting underlined, An asterisk (*) for corresponding Author, their affiliation (each affiliation in separate line) and email address. Full text of the abstract/paper should follow the email address. The figure captions, table captions and references should be prepared.

We have provided the following word processing template that has been pre-formatted for your convenience. This template is already set with the correct page size, column widths, and margins that are required for ICONTES congress abstracts.

Please download the template and use it for formatting and writing your congress paper.

 

Poster specifications:



The size for the poster should be 80 cm x 100 cm. The poster should include title, author's name and affiliation, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and literature cited.

please use the following header at the top opf your poster.

 

 

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Please note that all papers will be checked by TURNITIN, so, the paper data will remain in the software history. Therefor, congress is not responsible for any problem that may happen to whom submited his/her paper and does not participate in the congress.
